Trendy Thursday: Turquoise Jewelry

Turquoise jewelry has been a hot way to make a statement this summer; it is also an easy accessory to transition into fall. Instead of pairing with whites or bright colors, try a neutral color such as beige or a dark color such as a deep purple.

It seemed like the outfits we adored this summer were accessorized with some kind of turquoise jewelry. The easy, fun, flirty jewelry can blend well with any color.  This means you can use it to create many different outfits that look new and exciting.  Going to an end-of-summer BBQ?  Pair a bold Turquoise necklace with a floral printed sundress and wedges.

This look works well for the office, too.  Try a bright pink skirt, striped black and white top with turquoise stackable bangles or a fun, chunky ring. Add some simple gold jewelry and classic nude pumps, and you’ll have the perfect look for the long end-of-summer work days.

There are lots of ways to style turquoise jewelry for the upcoming autumn months.   Impress at your workplace with wide leg pants, a cobalt blouse, black pumps and some turquoise earrings.  This trend can be dressed down for your fall football parties by wearing some dark skinny jeans, white knit sweater, brown boots and a turquoise necklace.  You could even wear statement turquoise earrings with a slouchy white tee, boyfriend jeans, combat boots and the fall must-have, a black leather jacket.

Although some fashion pieces only work for a specific season, turquoise statement jewelry is not one. Still looking for inspiration? Check out our Turquoise Pinterest board. How will you be wearing turquoise statement jewelry this fall?
